Inspired by Nature: How Textures and Landscapes Shape My Jewellery

The natural world has always been my biggest source of inspiration. I don’t look to trends or fashion — I look at the lines on a shell, the curve of a pebble, the texture of tree bark or sea-worn rock.

There’s something grounding and timeless about nature’s shapes. They’re not perfect, but they feel honest. I try to reflect that in my jewellery — soft textures, organic curves, and a sense of quiet beauty.

Many of my designs use simple hammered circles. The hammer marks remind me of ripples on water or the patterns left in sand. They catch the light in a subtle, shifting way — just like sunlight through leaves or reflections on the sea.

Nature doesn’t need embellishment, and I think jewellery doesn’t either. I aim for simplicity that still feels rich — pieces you can wear every day, that connect you back to something real.

Whether it’s a tiny detail or a bold shape, the natural world is always whispering inspiration. I just try to listen.
