“What a fantastic experience. I was keen to have a different size cross to those for sale and Sian could not have been more professional in assisting me. Firstly Sian sent me a design to my specifications but also another design to give me an alternative option and i am so pleased she did as her option was just perfect. Sian then took the time to hand hammer the cross so i know I have a unique piece.

But Sian then went above and beyond and actually sent me a picture of my cross with three separate chains above it to give me a choice as to which i felt would go best together. This was a great idea as it gave me three very distinct options to choose from. Once I had made my choice the cross and chain were dispatched promptly and arrived safe and sound shortly after. Sian is an amazing artisan and I fully recommend her work.”
