What to Expect When You Order: From My Worcestershire Studio to Your Door

Welcome to My Studio

I’m Sian, working from my home-studio in Worcestershire. This space is where every ring is born—quiet afternoons spent shaping gold, with birdsong outside my window. It’s personal, it’s handcrafted, and it’s dedicated entirely to your creation.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Initial chat – Tell me your vision. Colours, textures, widths.

  2. Quotation – I’ll confirm cost, timeline, and gold options (9ct or 18ct in yellow, white or rose).

  3. Design – I’ll sometimes send a simple sketch or photo for your go-ahead.

  4. Working – I cut, form, texture, finish—and photograph it for you.

  5. Hallmarking – Each piece receives British hallmarking stamp (if needed legally!)

  6. Packaging & posting – Arrives in recyclable packaging via tracked UK mail.

Timeline & Care

  • Production: Typically 2–3 weeks, longer if bespoke details are included.

  • Aftercare: Gently clean with warm soapy water and soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

  • Resizing: Possible but depends on texture—it's best to start with accurate sizing.

A Gift From My Hands to You

Every ring is hammered, finished, and wrapped by me. I photograph it, inspect it, and send it knowing it’s a tiny piece of my craft heading to your hands.
