Why I Make Every Piece of Jewellery Myself

When you buy from SEHjewellery, you’re not buying from a brand — you’re buying from me, Sian. I design, make, photograph, package, and post every single piece myself. It’s just me, working from my little studio at the bottom of my garden.

I’ve been making jewellery for over 20 years, and I love every part of the process. Working solo means I can put my full attention into every detail. It’s my hands on the tools, and my eyes checking the finish.

This approach isn’t the fastest, but I believe it’s the most honest and rewarding. When you message me, I’m the one who replies. When your jewellery arrives, I’ve wrapped it with care. When you wear it, you know exactly who made it.

Running SEHjewellery alone gives me the freedom to create at my own pace, stay true to my values, and build real relationships with my customers. It means you’re not just buying jewellery — you’re part of the story.
